Chuck was very professional and did an excellent job working with my family and myself on my father's estate. He was initially recommended to me by my dad's CPA, who personally used Chuck's services previously. What impressed me the most was the fact that he held 3 open houses in the first 2 months the house was on the market. The house closed in just less than 3 months on the market. He also did a "Coming Soon" before it was initially listed and did a lot of social media. Chuck was very diligent and courteous during our time with him and waked me through anything I did not understand. He gave me advice but allowed me to make my own decisions. He actually caught an error the title company made on the closing statement and brought it to everyone;s attention so it was corrected. Chuck made the bittersweet sale of my dad's house go so smoothly and for that I am so very grateful.

Great experience working with Chuck. He was very honest and great all around guy. Very helpful advice for out of town buyers like ourselves, and he truly had our interests in mind in everything he did. My wife and I highly recommend!

Chuck is a great realtor! We first met him in 2014 when we were in the area renting a home for the holidays and had just started looking at a home to buy. He had kept in contact with us, so when we were ready to buy, we contacted him. The process to purchase a home was quick and easy. Thanks, Chuck!

We just closed on a wonderful house in Riverstone in Naples and Chuck Gallo was out agent. Chuck was terrific to deal with. He took the time to understand what issues were important for us and worked with us to find the perfect house for us in terms of size, amenities, location and price. He stayed in touch with us over two years and a couple of trips down to Naples house-hunting. He is very knowledgeable about the Naples market, but if he ever didn't know the answer off the top of his head, he researched it and got back to us promptly with the answer, or what he was doing to get the answer and when we could expect it. He also referred to a number of great local service providers that we used. Chuck is a true professional. Unlike so many agents that are pushy and manipulative, Chuck was patient and never tried those cheap psychology tactics (e.g. "if you don't put in an offer today, you'll lose it", etc.) that are so common (and effective only in being annoying). We would recommend Chuck unreservedly to anyone in the market for a home in Naples.
